A SPECIAL FIG MARINATE MIXTURE (FOR ALL THE MEATS)
* 4-5 "BALDJIS" figs cut in pieces (or more depending on the quanity of the mixture we want to prepare)
* 6-8 spoons BALDJIS fig syrup from the can
* 6-8 spoons red wine
* 3-4 spoons balsamic vinegar preferable organic
* lemon juice of one lemon and the skin pulverized
* 1 spoon fresh thyme Fresh rosemary
* spoons mustard of your choice
* 4-5 spoons BALDJIS extra Vergin olive oil In a large bowl mix all the above materials.
Put inside the meat of your desire to be covered. Springle fresh pepper and leave in the fritz for at least 3-4h.
Remove and cook as desired.
You may blend the mixture and add some during cooking.
